Care Instructions: How to Not Ruin Your New Favorite Shirt

You showed up for your gains. Now put in a little effort here too, this one's easy, we promise.

Washing

  • Cold water only. Hot water is for overachievers, and this shirt isn't trying to prove anything.
  • Turn inside out before washing. Protect that graphic you're gonna wear until it disintegrates.
  • Use a gentle detergent. This garment-dyed cotton is chill by nature, don't stress it out.
  • First wash may bleed a little. Wash separately from your fancy stuff (they didn't sign up for that journey).

Drying

  • Avoid high heat. Air drying is best for keeping the fit and softness intact.
  • Skip the dryer if you can. Air drying takes longer, sure, but that's more time for snacks. Everybody wins.
  • Tumble dry low (optional) if you're using a dryer. Select a delicate or low-heat setting.
  • Pull it out promptly if you do use the dryer. Wrinkles are optional. Ironing later is not fun for anyone.

A Few More Things

  • Avoid bleach and harsh detergents, as they can fade the color faster than your motivation on leg day.
  • Do not use fabric softeners, as they can affect the shirt's texture, and we worked hard to get that right.
  • If you're ironing, don't go straight at the graphic. Use a pressing cloth, or turn the shirt inside out.
